The Corporate Circle was founded in 1997 by Nicki Bigham, who manages the Company as well as consults on a full time basis. Nicki’s passion for excellence and service over and above that currently seen as acceptable in the industry, combined with considerable experience of Personnel Agencies from both a customer and applicant perspective brought about the inception of The Corporate Circle.

Chris van Zyl heads up and manages the Executive Recruitment Division which focuses on Management, Financial Services, Technical and Specialised placements. The experience gained from running his own business consulting practise for 6 years has not only enabled him to add value from a business perspective, but also to identify recruitment needs quickly and efficiently.

The Consultants who form part of The Corporate Circle are extremely capable, highly experienced and specifically focused on providing a superior service. With extensive industry experience, each consultant not only concentrates on their areas of strength but also specializes in them.
