Questions which can be asked by the Applicant

QUESTIONS WHICH CAN BE ASKED BY THE APPLICANT

How long has the Company been in existence?

Does the Company have branches around the country?

Is it a National or International Company?

How many people are in the department/division in which you would be working?

Ensure that you are 100% clear on what the job entails – if not ask relevant questions relating to the specific job.

REMEMBER:

As an applicant you want to portray an image of “what I can offer the Company” and not “what can the Company offer me”. Do not discuss salary at the first interview as the interviewer gets the impression that all you are interested in is money and not really the job.
